THE OCEAN WELCOMES YOU is an interactive fiction game that begins as a whodunnit murder mystery and morphs into a horror when the story wants more bodies.
Play as Detective Darla Rust while she wades through the peculiar cast of characters invited to Margato Manor's annual brunch gathering. Collect CLUES, avoid RED HERRINGS, and try not to run into an inevitable GAME OVER.
This game is inspired by the visual novel Umineko When They Cry, the movie Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me, the TV show Poker Face, and the idea that every murder mystery is inherently a tragedy.
