How to lie to doctors

Sometimes you have to treat a doctor like a wild bear. Show no fear.
An instructional zine on how best to work with doctors when they refuse to listen to you. Written specifically with chronic illness and disability in mind, but applicable for anyone who can't get your doctor to shut up about your weight/your race/your gender/etc.
Warning that some tips are centered around the so-called "united states" on account of me being USian. If you make a version centered around your own country and post it somewhere, please let me know and I'll link it here and on my website.
Files include a best-read-digital PDF and a printer-friendly PDF. Feel free to print and distribute this to your heart's content. Take a community copy if you don't want to/can't pay!
PRINT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Print double-sided and make sure it's set to "flip on the short side"
- Print black and white
- Stack the pages in the order they printed and fold in half, then staple the fold to keep them together
